60% of item lists on Archives database

Another milestone has been reached with 60% of our item lists entered on the database. We are now entering large lists for our most-used company deposits. Researchers can expect more hits from Australian Agricultural Company, CSR Ltd, Dunlop Rubber Company, and Adelaide Steamship Company deposits among others.

A small treasure was found in  CSR Ltd deposit N305 (previously Z303): an oak chip from a tree felled in 1903 to make way for CSR Ltd’s headquarters building at 1 O’Connell Street, Sydney (since demolished).
