Sarah Lethbridge was acting University Archivist from September through November while Maggie Shapley was on long-service leave. Maggie presented a paper at the International Council on Archives conference in Reykjavik on our implementation of the ICA-AtoM archival management software in September, based on a paper she presented at the Australian Society of Archivists' conference in Hobart in August.

Greg Bell transferred to University Records in May to take up a position involved with the implementation of the ERMS (Electronic Records Management System) including staff training and support for the Help Desk and Freedom of Information cases. Phuong Dang rejoined the Archives in August to fill Greg's position, having previously worked as a casual staff member on the database project. Archivist Helen Hopper will be taking maternity leave later this month and we will be filling her position on a temporary basis.
